🌟 All our wax seal pendants are handcrafted with hypoallergenic 960 solid silver and 925 solid silver, safe for sensitive skin.
🎉 As a special touch, you will receive a double-sided polishing pad included with your package. The smooth side is used for polishing, while the rougher side is only for sanding.
🌞 Please polish your jewelry piece carefully and avoid removing the black patina. No silver cleaning solution as it will damage the oxidized area!
🌼 With silver jewelry, the more you wear it, the shinier it becomes naturally. Just be sure to keep it away from harsh chemicals, especially in the shower, to maintain its luster.
🌈 Kindly adhere to the standard care instructions for these materials to maintain their beauty and longevity.

All Liliane Ting jewelry (excluding chain-only orders) comes packaged in a stylish jewelry box, complete with a meaning card and a polishing bar.

To help you get a clear understanding, we include detailed dimensions for every item on the description page.

If you'd like a smaller or larger version of any design, you're welcome to reach out for a custom order.

Please keep in mind that each piece is handcrafted, so slight variations in size may occur. All listed measurements are close approximations.

We offer complimentary USPS shipping within the US. Please note that due to the meticulous handmade craftsmanship of our pieces, orders require a production time of 3-5 business days before shipment.

If you need expedited processing and shipping, please contact us for assistance ASAP after you complete your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that packages shipped outside the US typically take 2–4 weeks to arrive, and transit time is beyond my control.

Transition times may vary, and we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays from USPS, FedEx, UPS, or global postal carriers. We are not responsible for any lost packages in the transit.

We offer complimentary engraving on the back of your piece, so you can personalize it with your chosen letters or words. Our engraving service is offered at no additional cost, but the small surface area of a pendant naturally limits how much text can fit, especially when the wording is lengthy, the space is very small, or the wording can't be split into more lines. If you want to engrave a long letter, you'll have to use a magnifying glass to read it!

Return and Exchange Guidelines:

1. Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging;
2. Please provide the tracking information for the shipment.
3. Personalized items, such as custom orders and engraved pieces, etc., can't be returned or exchanged.


Please note that return shipping costs are not reimbursed, and exchanges will require additional shipping fees.

International orders will be shipped by USPS Standard International Shipping with tracking information. Please note buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes.
